02 / OFFER HOUSING
Your property.
Someone’s fresh start.
Landlords and property owners can be part of a local solution. Share a rental-housing inquiry with Scott and Debra.
↗ Share the homes you have available
↗ Discuss leasing and support with a local provider
↗ Help create a pathway to long-term stability
Private inquiries only. No property listings are published.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Your inquiry is saved privately for review, with notifications to Scott and Debra. They can discuss the property and possible next steps. A local provider must confirm any assistance, inspections, support, and leasing arrangements. Participation, responses, and funding are not guaranteed.
Do I have to donate my property?
No. The proposed approach includes ordinary rental homes. A local provider can explain potential leasing arrangements and whether rental assistance or tenant support is available.
START A CONVERSATION
An open door.
A practical next step.
Tell Scott and Debra about rental housing you can offer in Texas.
This is a private inquiry. Your property will not be published as a listing. Submitting does not commit you to a lease, donation, or program.
Please share property information only. Do not include tenant names, client histories, identity documents, banking details, or medical information. We do not need a street address at this stage.
For assistance finding housing, use Get Help. This form is for property owners and their authorized representatives.

A PRACTICAL PROVIDER PATHWAY
From an available unit to a supported tenancy.
Prepare the property details.
List county, rent, unit count, bedrooms, accessibility, availability, deposits, and lease terms. Use the inquiry form to share the property details with Scott and Debra.
Choose a local housing provider.
Use Help for Texans to identify a provider in the property’s area. Ask about the local coordinated-entry system and who manages landlord relationships.
Agree on the responsibilities.
Discuss inspection standards, assistance terms, payment timing, tenant support, repairs, and how concerns will be handled. Confirm everything directly with the provider.
Complete the normal leasing process.
Any lease, inspection, screening, accommodation, or assistance decision remains with the responsible parties. Four Walls Texas is not offering a tenant-placement guarantee.
Keep a clear support contact.
Agree on who responds to tenancy issues, how rent or repairs are followed up, and when the provider checks in after move-in.
BEFORE A LEASE IS SIGNED
Questions worth putting in writing.
For the property owner
- Which units are available, at what total move-in cost?
- What accessibility features and transport connections are present?
- Who handles inspections, repairs, and tenant support?
- What documents explain payment and damage-reserve terms?
For the provider
- What funding is actually available, and for how long?
- How are tenant choice and fair housing obligations addressed?
- Who is the named contact for a missed payment or tenancy concern?
- How will housing stability be followed up with consent?
Landlord incentives, master leases, damage reserves, and rental assistance are proposed options. They are available only if a participating provider confirms and funds them. No Four Walls Texas agreements are currently offered through this site.
THE MOVE-IN MATTERS
A home should be ready to live in.
The proposed Hearth program would coordinate essential furnishings after a home is secured: a bed, basic kitchen supplies, linens, and household items. Needs, storage, delivery, and acceptance standards must be agreed with the receiving provider before anything is donated.
