Finder and calculator
County selections and example budget amounts are processed in your browser. They are not sent to Four Walls Texas or passed to resource providers in the outgoing links.
Housing inquiries
When online intake is open and you submit the form, we collect your name, email, optional organization and phone, city and county, property details, notes, and contact permission. Cloudflare processes and stores these privately for Four Walls Texas. Separate notifications containing your inquiry go to Scott and Debra through Cloudflare and their Porkbun mailboxes. These are inquiries, not public property listings or applications for housing assistance.
Limited abuse-prevention records use hashed network and email identifiers with short expiration periods. The form uses a reference to prevent duplicate submissions; form contents are not stored in browser storage. We have not added file uploads or payment collection.
Scott and Debra use inquiry details for follow-up and prospective housing partnerships. For correction or deletion requests, email either contact and include your reference; do not send identity documents. We review stored inquiries for continuing need and remove them when no longer needed, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Emails and provider backups may have separate retention periods. We do not promise immediate deletion from all backups.
Choosing an email link opens your email application. If you send a message, its contents are received and processed by the email services involved. Use email for general initiative questions and avoid sending sensitive client information.
Hosting and external sites
No advertising analytics or tracking cookies have been added. Cloudflare may process normal hosting access logs. Fonts load from Google Fonts with system fallbacks. External resource sites have their own privacy practices.
